Denzale is an accomplished executive with a proven ability to develop and implement real estate strategies that support business and financial objectives. He is able to build highly motivated management teams focused on achieving revenue goals. He has been recognized as a leader in applying financial concepts to asset management decisions.

His ability to communicate his vision to both his clients as well as his teammates sets Demco apart from other Real Estate Brokerages by building trust and long term business relationships. He has a keen eye and a knack for making good, sound decisions that will affect the longevity of a business.

Prior to joining Demco Real Estate, Mr. De Berry held a variety of management and executive management positions with nationally regarded firms. His professional experience includes extensive turnaround and rehabilitation projects, acquisitions, development, and multi-site supervision. He has held multiple positions in the industry to include Concierge, Community Director, Investment Manager, HOA Manager, District Manager, Regional Vice-President, and Executive Vice President for portfolios of real estate including high-rise condominiums and multi-family projects throughout Texas and Kansas. He was responsible for coordinating the comprehensive renovation of 15 apartment communities, totaling more than 5200 units, in 18 months, new construction for an apartment community and new construction for a luxury high-rise condominium all in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. De Berry is active in the National Association of Realtors® and for his outstanding ability to maximize on-site staff, budget control and training, his efforts on his renovation projects, the properties were recognized by the DFW Investors and Brokers Network. He also was featured in Wichita Real Producers Magazine,  Splurge! Magazine, The Voice Magazine, and BestAgents.us!
